Cinnaminson, NJ Woman Charged After Toddler Found Wandering Alone

CINNAMINSON, N.J. (CBS) - Police in New Jersey have charged a Cinnaminson woman with reckless endangerment and child abuse after her three-year-old son was found soaking wet, wandering the neighborhood.

Police say after 36-year-old Andrea Arkin left her son home alone, he got out of the house and went swimming in a neighbor's backyard toddler pool.

They say a neighbor called police when they saw the child walking on the unit block of Hastings Place, looking for his mother.

Police were eventually able to locate Arkin. She is now free on $10,000 bail. Her son has been placed in the custody of his grandmother.
