Body Found Inside Taxi In Chester
CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) -- Chester police are investigating the apparent murder of a man whose body was found in a taxi cab overnight.
An officer on patrol found a man's body wrapped in trash bags inside a cab in a parking lot at Concord Avenue and Lamokin Street at 11:30 p.m. The man has been identified at John Dillard, the manager at the Germantown Cab Company.
