SI: 76ers, Lakers Talk Iguodala Deal

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The 76ers are reportedly involved in trade talks with the Los Angeles Lakers on a deal that would potentially send Andre Iguodala to L.A. in exchange for either Lamar Odom or Ron Artest, according to Sports Illustrated.

According to the report, the 76ers are looking to move Iguodala, who has three years left on a contract worth $44 million, for Odom who is set to make $8.9 million next season in the final guaranteed year of his contract.

Any deal reached between the two teams would have to include another Lakers player in order to work under salary-cap rules.

The report also says the Lakers might include small forward Ron Artest, who will be paid $21.7 million over the next three seasons and has an early-termination option for 2013-14.

The 76ers have the 16th pick in round 1 on the 2011 NBA Draft Thursday night.
