Jay Sigel Invitational
I'm back from a vacation week in Colorado Springs, where golf was interesting, to say the least. The ball went farther, so I felt a few years younger (after I adjusted to the altitude... was sucking air for the first day or two). But that extra distance was a double-edged sword. Between the thin air and the relentless wind, I just couldn't dial in my irons. And putting with the influence of the mountains - ugh! Glad to be back near sea level where what you see is what you get.
As I get back into the swing of things here, I want to highlight a charity event that is near and dear to my heart as a prostate cancer survivor. It's the Jay Sigel Invitational Golf Tournament on June 13 at Aronimink. Funds from the tournament support prostate cancer research at Penn's Abramson Family Cancer Research Institute.
