Child Injured After Radnor Township School Stabbing

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) - Police have arrested a 13-year-old student after she allegedly stabbed a classmate at a Radnor Township school Monday evening.

Police arrived at Presbyterian Children's Village school in the 400 block of South Roberts Road after receiving a report that a female student was stabbed in the leg.

Authorities say the suspect fled the scene, heading north on South Roberts Road, but police found her a short time later and took her into custody. The names of the victim and the suspect have not been released at this time.

The victim was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital. The child's condition is unknown at this time.
