Police In Bristol Township Search For Suspects In Triple Hit-Run

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP (CBS) - Two women are in critical condition, while a third is in stable condition following a Bucks County hit and run accident early Saturday morning. Police are asking for your help locating the vehicle.

Sergeant Chuck Burns with the Bristol Township police department says 911 calls began coming in around 12:09 a.m. "Upon our arrival, the officers and other emergency personnel, they found three victims, all female, in their early 20's. Two of them were critically injured, one was with minor injuries. All three were transported to the hospital." Burns adds, "The accident is a hit and run."

Sergeant Burns says the women were walking on the shoulder of Bristol Oxford Valley Road between Indian Creek Drive and New Falls Road.

He says police are looking for a white four-door vehicle with a loud engine. They say it should have front end damage somewhere on the vehicle, either on the hood or on the windshield.

Anyone with information about the hit and run is asked to call the Bristol Township police department.
