Frankie Avalon Introduces Avallone Tomatoes
Frankie Avalon, the original teen idol of the 50s and 60s, stopped by Talk Philly with best friend Jerry Blavat to make a very special pasta sauce, created using canned tomatoes from the Avalon family's new business, Avallone. Peter McAndrews, the owner of South Philly's Monsu Restaurant, also came by to lend a helping hand.
