Royal Wedding Parties Planned Throughout Delaware Valley

BRYN MAWR, Pa. (CBS) -- Here in the United States, alarm clocks will be sounding extra early Friday morning.

Royal wedding fans will be getting up before sunrise to watch history happen.

From a royal fan to a wedding expert and the shop owner who celebrates everything British, here in the Delaware Valley, hosting a big bash on Friday a no brainer.

So we'll begin with what's in store at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute: Quite literally, a front-row seat for its members. The theater will be transformed to look the part and the concession stand will be overflowing with English breakfast treats.

The party will run from 5am-9am. If you want to join in, there are still seats available. You just have to show up and sign up to become a member.

Across the river in Haddonfield, The British Chip Shop, the party starts at 6am. It's first come first serve with tasty delights to get you through the royal event. Organizers say there's enough room to seat about seventy diners.

In Drexel Hill at Drexelbrook Catering, as part of its "Women in Wedding" gatherings, area wedding planners are set to meet to take notes, share ideas and of course be pampered like a princess.

Drexelbrook Catering CEO Domenick Savino explained, "I think it includes a massage or two, manicures and pedicures to name a few."

Savino's party is booked.
