Brush Fire Impacts SEPTA Travel In Delaware County

HAVERFORD, Pa. (CBS) – Fire officials are investigating the cause of a brush fire that impacted SEPTA passengers in Delaware County early Tuesday morning.

The fire started around midnight near Karakung Drive and Mill Road in Haverford.

SEPTA officials were forced to bus passengers around the scene because firefighters had to stretch their hoses across the tracks serving the Paoli-Thorndale line.

There were no reports of any injuries.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
