Authorities Investigate Suspicious Fires In Criminal Justice Center
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Authorities in Philadelphia are investigating a fire that consumed two bathrooms in the Criminal Justice Center Friday morning.
Crews were called to the 1300 block of Filbert Street at about 8:30 a.m. for a fire in the basement lavatory. Firefighters were able to quickly extinguished the fire.
About 20 minutes later, crews were called back out to the center for a trash fire in the men's bathroom located on the fourth floor.
Firefighters used water from the sink to put out that fire.
No injuries were reported. The Fire Marshal, however, was called to the scene to investigate the suspicious fires.
