Suspects Sought In Violent Cherry Hill Home Invasion

CHERRY HILL, N.J. (CBS) - Police in Camden County are searching for two suspects in connection to a violent home invasion that occurred over the weekend.

The incident happened at about 3 a.m. inside a home in the 800 block of W. Route 70 in Cherry Hill.

According to police, the two suspects came to the home, knocked on the door and said that they were with the Camden County Police Department.

After knocking, the suspects kicked in the rear door of the home and began to assault all three occupants. The victims were beaten with weapons and sustained multiple lacerations and fractures.

The suspects then went through the home, ransacking several rooms. It is believed they made off with cash and electronics. Both suspects then fled the home in an unknown direction.

The first suspect was described as a black male wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and white sneakers and was armed with a dark hand gun.

The second suspect, also a black male, was wearing a dark colored hoodie and was armed with a long gun.
