PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia police have arrested a woman who led officers on a chase down I-95 in Bucks County Monday afternoon.
According to police reports, Crystal Tucker, 43, was seen by officers driving a 2001 Honda Civic in the area of Broad Street and Interstate 76 where she collided with another vehicle. Police say Tucker eventually came to a stop and was taken into custody without incident.
