Man Found Stabbed At Northeast Philadelphia Gas Station

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A man is in critical condition after he turned up at a Northeast Philadelphia gas station with a stab wound to his stomach Monday morning.

The victim was found at about 6 a.m. at the Hess gas station at Oxford Avenue and Levick Street in the city's Lawncrest section.

According to police, a 46-year-old man was found at the gas station with a stab wound to the chest. He was rushed to Aria Health's Torresdale division where he is listed in critical condition.

Investigators believe the stabbing happened in a nearby home, and the man was driven to the gas station.

So far, no arrests have been made. The investigation into the stabbing is ongoing.
