Philly Auto Show Opens This Weekend
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - If you're thinking about getting new wheels, or just want to dream a bit, the Philadelphia International Auto Show is rolling into the Pennsylvania Convention Center this weekend.
Among the 700 featured cars that might make your heart race, why not have a seat in a 600 horsepower Aston Martin? Or how about a Corvette ZR1 in inferno orange?
Among the classics, a Bentley and a Bugatti from the 1920's, and a Hudson and Cadillac from the 50's.
There are hot production cars, pre-production vehicles, exotic, concept cars, as well as hybrids and electric vehicles.
Kevin Mazzucola is the executive director of the Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia:
"On average, about 50-percent of the attendees are going to buy a car in the next 12 months."
There's lots to see if you're in the market -- or just want to drool -- whether your price point is $10,000 or $450,000.
