Vice President Biden Called For Jury Duty In Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) -- Joseph Biden Jr. may be the vice president, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have to fulfill his civic duty.

Aides say Biden reported for jury duty Monday morning at the New Castle County courthouse after receiving a jury summons.

No word on whether he'll actually be chosen to sit in on a trial.

Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan reported to jury duty last week in District of Columbia Superior Court but was not called to serve on a case.
