Philly College Basketball: Hawks Head to Creighton
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- After that ten-point loss to #22 Minnesota on Wednesday, the St. Joe's Hawks find themselves sitting at 3-6. They will look to snap a four-game losing streak on Saturday when they visit Creighton.
Hawks head coach Phil Martelli (above) says this trip to the Qwest Center in Omaha, Neb. should be pretty interesting.
"It's a remarkable building," he told KYW Newsradio. "It's treated almost like a pro environment. They get big-time support."

Martelli says he sees a little bit of his squad in this Creighton team:
"They are a team like us -- they are struggling to make shots, both from the perimeter and from the three-point line."
One player who didn't struggle to make shots on Wednesday was Hawks' sophomore guard Carl Jones, who went off for a career-high 29 points in the loss to the Golden Gophers.
