Delaware Teen Wanted In Fatal Shooting Turns Himself In
MAGNOLIA, Del. (AP) -- A man wanted for shooting and killing a 10-year-old Delaware boy turns himself into police.
Eighteen-year-old Obadiah Miller surrendered to police just after midnight on Sunday.
A group of 10- and 11-year-old children were playing on Nascar Lane on Wednesday when Delaware State Police spokesman Sgt. Paul Shavack says Miller pulled out a gun. One shot was fired and Lionel Butler (photo) was hit in the chest and died.
Miller was charged with first-degree murder, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
Miller is being held without bail.
