April White, with the Food Trust, said the idea behind the night market is to get people really excited about the food they’re eating.

“It’s lots of tents with our great ethnic restaurants serving from there, and a lot of the food trucks that you see around the city, including some of the newer trucks that can be very elaborate.  We’ll have some live bands, we’ll have some places to sit.  It’ll just be a festive environment.”
