WEB EXTRA: Philadelphia DA Announces Charges Against Prayer-Healing Couple

Philadelphia district attorney Seth Williams announced Wednesday afternoon that Herbert and Catherine Schaible had been charged with third degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, conspiracy and endangerment of the welfare of the child.
