When the weather outside gets frightful, the days shorten and that mercury drops, runners and cyclists have to head indoors. It’s either be chilled to the bone or seek shelter inside. Fortunately, Philadelphia offers plenty of indoor tracks so runners may still get that runner’ s high, even if it is inside. For cyclists, there aren’t any indoor tracks on the east coast, but indoor cycling studios offer a great workout during the off-season. The best classes mimic riding outdoors, so riders keep their cycling legs in great shape.
