Old City was established in 1984 so they have been serving the Philadelphia area for their coffee needs for some time now. Many enjoy a visit here because of their hand poured coffee drinks by true baristas.  If you are considering staying a while, they also sell locally sourced food, which they refer to as "small eats." The café itself is a clean, warm and inviting atmosphere, with both indoor and outdoor seating.

Boardwalk Beans is a family run small bean roaster business, built on the love of coffee.  Established in 2012, Boardwalk Beans selects the best beans and personally roasts them to order. You will get the freshest beans possible as they roast them just prior to shipping. They are selective about their selection of beans and only purchase from farms which use the most natural techniques and have the highest regard for farming. The majority of their coffee is organic and fair trade certified. There is no storefront, so your primary way of getting their beans is to visit their website to order. They also offer a "Rolling Chair" coffee service. This is a monthly delivery of a minimum of 2 different roasts (and up to 6) in 12 oz. bags which will ship automatically. Over in the Italian Market you can find some delicious home brewed coffee you can take home, and delectable treats to go with it. Anthony's Italian Coffee House and Chocolate house is exactly as its names, this is where you go for delicious pastries, some made with chocolate and a variety of handcraft chocolate and coffee. The small shop in Bella Vista and have been since 1995 but the original family has been selling food to the neighborhood since the early 1900's.
