But it goes beyond the norm with an entirely separate gluten-free menu of meats, cheeses, pasta dishes, entrees and pizza. There are 10 gluten-free pizzas available, ranging from the standard margherita to more creative options like the Fru Fru (grilled chicken, pesto, mozzarella and roasted peppers) and Procidonna (eggplant, zucchini, pepperoni and tomato sauce).

From slider buns to salad dressings to dessert, there are plenty of gluten-free options, and everything is clearly marked on the menu. In case you were wondering what's in that gluten-free pizza dough, it was developed by the pastry chef in 2011 by combining tapioca flour, rice flour and a few "secret" ingredients. Fig pesto with bacon and onion and the prosciutto pizza with provolone and roasted peppers are just two of the favorites here offered at $13.50 each.
