Grammy Award-winning hard rock band Halestorm is known for their non-stop touring, so it's no wonder they're one of the last bands to play an outdoor show in Philadelphia this season. Fans can catch this high energy fall show on the area's premier stage at the Festival Pier along the Delaware waterfront. The open air venue boasts a beer garden, beach and boardwalk. This busy rock band released their third studio album, "Into the Wild Life," earlier this year, so there will be plenty of new material in the show.  Click here for ticket information.

Before Halestorm blows into town, English indie rock band alt-J will take the stage at the Pier. The band is still riding on the of their Grammy-nominated second album, "This Is All Yours," which shot to No. 1 on the UK charts last fall. There are no seats at the Festival Pier, so be prepared to stand — or better yet, dance. You can purchase tickets for the alt-J show here.
