Swiss Haus Bakery uses the same recipes that were brought to Philadelphia from Europe 90 years ago and made famous by the now-closed Swiss Pastry Shop. These timeless recipes live on in the Swiss Haus Bakery through its baker Donna Feldman, who learned the classic recipes while working for the Swiss Pastry Shop and new-owner Joshua White.
