Get your 2014 glasses and champagne ready, it’s almost time to ring in the New Year! If you’re looking for excitement and sophistication this New Year’s Eve, there are plenty of options in the city for a night of dancing, champagne and fireworks. Say goodbye to 2013 and count down to 2014 at one of these local parties.

This year, XFINITY Live! will host seven parties under one roof. Each party will have a different theme, and depending on what mood you’re in, you’ll be able to move from venue to venue. Music will be played all night long by six DJs and two bands (The Rockets at Victory Beer Hall and Split Decision playing in the heated outdoor tent). General admission tickets include a five-hour premium open bar, a midnight champagne toast and party favors. Tickets may be upgraded to include private bartenders, reserved seating and access to the X-Bar Lounge and Mezzanine. Tickets start at $65.

The Spirit of Philadelphia is offering two cruises this New Year’s Eve. The first one, from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., is family friendly and both kids and adults can enjoy a buffet and soda and juice bar, dancing, stunning views of the city skyline and an up-close view of the fireworks at 6 p.m. The second cruise sets sail at 9:30 p.m. and goes until 12:30 a.m., ending with a dockside party. The night includes a dinner buffet, premium open bar, a champagne toast at midnight and sweeping views of the fireworks display and riverside. Tickets go for $99.90 for adults and $59.90 for kids.

Formerly known at the Girard Corn Bank Exchange and home to MTV’s “Real World Philadelphia” back in 2004, Trust was constructed in 1902, and with its hand-carved doors, wrap-around balcony and crystal chandelier glistening in the Grand Hall, it’s a stunning venue for your New Year’s celebration. Tickets start at $85 and include a six-hour premium open bar, party favors and DJs spinning your favorite tunes. A champagne toast and light buffet will also be provided. Upgrade to VIP and enjoy bottle service and reserved seating in the Mezzanine.

The Crystal Tea Room is a gorgeous venue (with its hand-carved columns and crystal chandeliers) on top of the old Wannamaker Building. Party goers will enjoy a five-hour open bar (with multiple beer, specialty martinis, wine, champagne and cocktail stations), two balloon drops and party favors. The band 39 Mariner will light up the huge dance floor and the house DJ will spin popular music during band breaks. The party will include live painting for charity and a silent auction. Dress to impress – black tie is optional. Tickets start at $105.
