Summer's slowly tapering off, which means it's time to mentally prepare for school. Though your focus may be on what classes you're going to take, your real concern is how you're going to afford all of your books without going hungry. Lucky for you, Chef Eli Kulp is here to help.

Kulp has seized the late Fork Etc. to open his own culinary hot spot, known as High Street on Market. This trendy café has added a unique flare to the breakfast-to-dinner concept, taking traditional foods and creating scrumtrulescent delicacies.

Though the comfortable atmosphere may have you ordering every piece of baker, Alex Bois' bread—which helped the café win the number two slot on Bon Appetite's list of Best New Restaurants in America—try to remember all of the other remarkable foods.

If it's breakfast you're looking for, grab one of the three not-so-traditional Egg Sandwich, with shaved pastrami and spiced hash, or Lancaster bologna with Amish horseradish cheddar or even seared King Oyster mushrooms and Green Meadow Young Swiss cheese. If you arrive after 11:30am you'll either have to try the insane Duck meatball sandwich with spicy marinara sauce, or the extraordinary Pastrami on Rye, which is sure to make even your New York friends jealous.

So, forget about pizza night and feel like the adult you now are, with something new and fresh from High Street on Market. It sure beats the cafeteria!
