THE BASICS
What: The fashion-centric event includes a week of fashion shows, style and beauty events, and preview and trunk shows taking place this fall in the City of Brotherly Love. Now in its fifth year, the Collection strives to put Philly on the map as a fashion powerhouse.
When: The Philadelphia Collection runs Wednesday, Sept. 17 – Wednesday, Sept. 24.
Where: Events take place at local stores, salons, boutiques and event venues throughout the city.
THE SCHEDULE
With tons and tons of events, fashion fiends have their pick of things to do this September. For the sake of keeping this guide short and sweet, here are our favs.
TUESDAY, 9/16
Fashion Frenzy
Hard Rock Cafe

The Philadelphia Collection officially kicks off at this fab celebration featuring live music, models, cocktails and appetizers. Mayor Nutter is also scheduled to speak at the party.
WEDNESDAY, 9/17
Macy's Fall Fashion Show

Macy's presents its five essentials for fall, as well as a sneak peek of the Spring 2015 Philadelphia Fashion Incubator collections from the designers in residence.
21st Annual Phashion Phest
The Shops at Liberty Place

Celebrate 21 years of Phashion Phest with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and a high-energy fashion show featuring the latest trends inside The Shops at Liberty Place.

Philadelphia Style Magazine Fall Fashion Issue Cover Party

Philly Style celebrates its fall issue and cover girl Ali Larter. Sadly, you have to be invited to attend this one.

FBH Philly Fashion Week's Ready to Wear Runway Show

FBH Philly Fashion Week's debut runway show in this year's Philadelphia Collection includes 10 national and international designers showcasing ready to wear items.
SATURDAY, 9/20
FBH Philly Fashion Week Couture Runway Show

Head to the Crane Arts Building for this year's FBH Haute Couture runway show, which features 11 designers.
MONDAY, 9/22
XIX Most Fashionable Women in Philadelphia

The city's most fashionable women will converge for an evening of fun, fashion and philanthropy. Just FYI, this event is by invitation only, too.
TUESDAY, 9/23
Rittenhouse Row Fall Fashion Crawl

Fashion and mixology combine for a stylish pub crawl throughout the Rittenhouse neighborhood.
Fashion Under The Shambles

Get the lowdown on some of the best fashions for men and women in the City of Brotherly Love at this collab between the area's hottest boutiques and salons. A cash bar, hors d'oeuvres and a guest appearance from Top Model finalist Cory Wade Hindorff complete the evening.
