Lawyer-turned-baker Michael Dolich started Four Worlds out of a cooperative home in West Philadelphia in 2006. Now, the bakery has moved to its own location on Woodland Avenue. Bagels and bread are key players here, naturally fermented and made with freshly milled grains.
