A new generation of small commercial vans is growing in popularity here in the US, following a trend long-established overseas.
After a settlement was recently paid to a man who’s neck was broken while he was in the back of a van, Lt. Stanford says they are looking for safer options.
“Currently, there are no leased minivans or cargo vans in the fleet,” the ad says, but “presently, there are not sufficient capital funds to purchase new equipment.”
Students from Central Bucks High School South have been named among the Top 50 finalists in Van’s Custom Culture contest, a national competition designed to inspire creativity in teens.
They’re the shoes kids love to wear; the brand is Vans and for the past four years the company has held a Vans Custom Cultural program which raises money and awareness of the importance of art in high schools.
