‘King Gimp’ Brings His Unusual Art To Temple’s Tyler School Of Art

Temple University is hosting an unusual artist Thursday night. He’s a painter and motivational speaker, a combination that’s tricky because he has no control of his limbs and has great difficulty talking.

Dylan DeVlieger, a painting major at the Tyler School of Art at Temple University wanted to grow his own vegetables, but wasn’t able to get a community garden started near his Philadelphia apartment, so he created mobile garden carts instead.



Temple Awarded Federal Dollars For ‘Urban Apps And Maps Studio’

Temple University has been awarded $700,000 in federal grants to create what the University calls an ‘urban apps and maps studio.’
