Authorities say a “wrestling incident” between two brothers in southern New Jersey ended with one stabbing the other in the abdomen.
Police have seven suspects in custody for allegedly stabbing three members of a local high school wrestling team during an altercation Friday night.
The incident was reported around 11 p.m. in the 200 block of South Camac Street.
