Law Enforcement Officials Urge Smartphone Makers To Include ‘Kill Switches’

The attorneys general of Pennsylvania and New York came to Philadelphia City Hall to promote an effort to get cell phone manufacturers to install “kill switches” so a phone that’s stolen could be immediately deactivated.
