Saggy Pants Ban
Earlier this year, Wildwood became the first town in New Jersey to enact an ordinance that bans people from sagging their pants. Tuesday night, a town in Salem County followed suit, approving a ban on saggy pants by a unanimous vote.
Penns Grove mayor John Washington insists he’s not pushing for a town-wide dress code just because Wildwood recently put a similar statute on the books.
Saggy pants maybe in style for some, but the look could cost you in one Jersey Shore town.
