Kornwell Chan will spend at least another five months in the county prison. He was previously convicted of stealing a woman’s underwear and shooting “upskirt” photos in the King of Prussia Mall.

Philadelphia Woman Charged In Radnor Car Crash That Hurt 2 Schoolkids

Tanisha Johnson, 34, of Philadelphia, is now charged with two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment and several motor vehicle code violations.
