Princeton, NJ Businessman Funds 50 Full Scholarships at Rowan Univ.

The $1 million gift from the foundation of Heartland Payment Systems’ founder Robert Carr will cover the tuition, room, and board for 50 students at Rowan University, in Glassboro.
