Rich covered the cost associated with shutting down cities for this week’s storm, police cracking down on kids shoveling snow, and President Obama’s trip to Saudi Arabia. Carmakers are showing off some of that tech at the Philadelphia International Auto Show, which runs through February 5th at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
