The Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole will finally hear from the family of Ellen Robb. Her husband, former Penn Professor Rafael Robb, bludgeoned her to death more than six years ago.
State representative Mike Vereb calls the planned release later this month of Rafael Robb “unconscionable,” “a travesty,” and “mockery of justice.”
Ellen Robb’s family is calling on the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole to reconsider its decision regarding former Penn professor Rafael Robb.
The alleged killer had been released from prison just ten days before the murder of officer Moses Walker Jr.
Officer Walker’s mother and other relatives say his murder could have been averted had the Board of Probation and Parole done its job.
