The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will close two Interstate 95 ramps in Philadelphia on Monday morning in advance of flooding from Hurricane Sandy.
The ban will be in effect for the next two years. Commercial trucks of 14,000 pounds or more, and any vehicles with hazardous materials will be prohibited from the Platt Bridge.
