Local 22 president Joe Schulle says the families of firefighters Robert Neary and Daniel Sweeney were devastated by the DA’s announcement that no charges would be filed in connection with the fire at the former Buck Hosiery Co. warehouse, in Kensington.

Owners of Building Where Firefighters Died Cited For Other Phila. Violations

The city’s Department of Licenses and Inspections has filed three new citations on a property at 726 Market Street owned by the Lichtenstein brothers of Brooklyn, NY, who also own the building where two firefighters were killed last week in a huge blaze.
