Pa. Congressman Tours Montco Child Center, Pitching More Protections For Abused Kids

Fitzpatrick toured Mission Kids, a nonprofit child advocacy organization in East Norriton, to promote his legislation which calls for mandatory background checks for existing and prospective school employees.
