    Federal Employees Protest Budget Cuts On Independence Mall

    About 150 federal employees gathered in the shadow of the Liberty Bell and the Federal Building at lunchtime on Wednesday to protest the across the board federal government cuts known as sequestration.

    Man Identified, Charged In Liberty Bell Bomb Scare

    Philadelphia police say charges have been filed against a Tempe, Arizona man, who is accused of telling security officers he had explosives while visiting the Liberty Bell on Independence Mall Saturday morning.
