    Transit Police In Philadelphia Suburbs On Alert For Catalytic Converter Thefts

    According to court documents, 37-year-old Lewis Granger admitted that he used a battery-powered saw to get the converters off of at least a half-dozen cars, then sold them to a local scrap dealer.
