Federal prosecutors say a Jersey City woman who used her dead aunt’s identity to make fraudulent credit card purchases and empty the woman’s bank accounts has been sentenced to two years in prison.

A New Jersey woman plead guilty Thursday to using her deceased aunt’s identity to obtain access to credit card and deposit accounts, causing three backs to lose more than $30,000, according to authorities.
