A 10-month-old boy who was believed to be suffering from shaken baby syndrome has died at a Pennsylvania hospital, and his death has been ruled a homicide.
The victim, 45-year-old William Toomey, of Millsboro, was reportedly employed as a cab driver by Delaware Beach Taxi.
