UPDATE: Two HS Football Players Killed In Crash

A high school football player preparing for a playoff game lost control of his sports utility vehicle, leading to a head-on collision that left him, a teammate and the driver of the other car dead, and two of their teammates injured.

Police: Alcohol Not Involved In Crash That Killed H.S. Football Players

Sharon Police Chief Michael Menster said Saturday it appeared that one of the players, 18-year-old Corey Swartz of Sharon, drove a sport utility vehicle across a median strip and hit an oncoming truck.
