    Hasbro To Unveil Gender-Neutral Easy Bake Oven After NJ Girl’s Campaign

    McKenna Pope, 13, of Garfield, N.J., got more than 40,000 signatures on her online petition at Change.org and the support of celebrity chefs including Bobby Flay, who backed her call for Hasbro to make a gender-neutral oven and to include boys in the ads.

    Area Chefs Join New Jersey Girl In Push For ‘Gender-Neutral’ Easy Bake Oven

    The 13-year-old 8th-grader from Garfield, N.J., started the petition when she went to buy an Easy-Bake Oven for her 4-year-old-brother, Gavyn Boscio, but discovered it comes only in purple and pink.
