Phila. Area DAs Say More Early Education Funding Will Ease Their Jobs

Prosecutors from five southeastern Pennsylvania counties are calling on federal and state lawmakers to invest more money in early childhood education to reduce the costs of housing people in prisons down the road.

Rutgers University in Camden Opens An Early Education Center

It was founded by Prof. Gloria Bonilla-Santiago (right), also the founder of the LEAP Academy to which these kids will go when they start kindergarten.
