Eagles Defense And Special Teams Ace Week 1 Test Vs Jaguars

The first half of the season was a complete disaster for Philadelphia. Turnovers on the first two drives of the game were followed by three straight punts and an interception before halftime. The offensive line got banged up with injuries and running back LeSean McCoy was a non-factor. Fortunately for the Eagles, the second half was much better.

Eagles Offense Folds Against Dallas Cowboys

This one stings. The Eagles offense folded against a Cowboys defense that was vulnerable and incapable of taking advantage of a nice game put in by the defense.

Team Grades: Eagles Make Honor Roll With Victory Over Giants

The Eagles should not get too carried away with picking up their second win in a game that saw the Giants drop to 0-5 on the season, but the defense made plays, special teams did their part and Nick Foles proved why the Eagles felt a need to keep him on the roster despite using Mike Vick as the starter.
