    13 Arrested In Prostitution Raid On Mummers Group’s Clubhouse

    Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey says members of the Downtowners Fancy Brigade were present at their South Philadelphia clubhouse when police conducted a prostitution raid last night, arresting 13 people.
