Police say a second person has been arrested and charged in connection to the school shooting that took place on Friday at Delaware Valley Charter High School.
The 17-year-old student who was struck in the shoulder during a shooting at Delaware Valley Charter High School has been sent home from the hospital.
A second suspect in the shooting inside of a Philadelphia high school gymnasium that left two students injured has been identified, charged.
